Uaed to be amazing but now the toilets are always clogged and dirty can not even think to go inside the smell is so bad. And isn't as clean as it used to be over all.

It's OK, but nothing special. There are some shops, but not a large number. The car park is OK with reasonable prices. The vibe is of a place that is a bit run down, but still holding up.
I visited Primark, mainly, and public toilets, which are aslo quite Ok and free. The top floor of the car park is an open roof, and there are some views from the top, for example the Windsor Palace is visible, although it is quite far.

It has only TKMax, Primark and few random cheap shops
