Currently I'm upset and following up with head office about a case in which I tried to exchange a faulty item. I was told I needed a reference number and a till receipt to make a return. Not only by the lady I talked to, but another individual who works in the store, I will get their names (for all to recognise here)However I have discovered this was inaccurate, and I should have received an exchange right away. I am still in the process of returning my items, but I will look to understand why I was advised in this way.I'm beginning to feel like I have been lied too, and that won't stand. More updates are coming.
