What an amazing place! Full of amazing products and super friendly staff. Klaudia was fantastic! Spent ages going through everything a new cat owner would need. She really helped me understand what food to give, what type of litter to use. She was very knowledgeable about it all and put me at ease. Thank you so much Klaudia!!! We?re collecting our cat today!

Went today spoke to an amazing lady (sadly didn?t get name) she was beyond helpful for our dog and listened and guided us. Really wish got her name as would have definitely let her manager know.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at Pets at Home on Farnham Road, Slough. Every time I visit, I am greeted with such warmth and genuine delight ? it really makes me feel so welcome. The staff always remember our faces, which shows how much they truly care about their customers.
Today, they went above and beyond for me, and it honestly meant so much. It?s clear that both the manager and the team put their hearts into what they do. Their kindness, caring nature, and professionalism shine through every time I go in.
It is always a pleasure visiting this store, and I believe the whole team deserves recognition ? they really do make a difference and deserve an award for the fantastic service they provide!

Love this place for all of my family's pets needs , really nice and friendly staff who are brilliant at their jobs and making everyone who steps in there really comfortable and they're also very approachable so don't worry if you need to ask them for info etc

They injured my dog! She had swollen ears just needed medication but instead the vet stuck a needle in her ears wanting to take ?puss? out of her ears- nothing came out and my dog is now in terrible pain. Useless

I use this Grooming salon service for more than 4 years and I was happy with the staff before.Unfortunatly from this month I have to go to other salon as I have to pay parking charge as the staff from salon was not capable to introduce my details to the system .I went there to drop my dog for his appointment and I was parking my car for 20 minute and I came back to pick-up him and I left the parking after 10 minute. So I was there only for 30 minute and the parking is for free 2 hours.When I received the notice I was to the salon to ask if them registered my details to system and the staff said that the tablet is not working and them are unable to register and also them were unable to registered me at that time of app as well.

Great and very big pet shop! I haven?t used it for anything as I don?t have a pet but I visit many times a week with my toddler who loves to see the pets. The staff are always friendly and welcoming even when all are doing is watching the animals. I always get greeted with a welcoming hello.
