It?s perfect for grabbing everyday essentials, snacks, and a paper, without exploring a larger store. The staff seem genuinely helpful and keep the shelves well-maintained. I?ve found it to be clean, efficient, and ideal for quick errands. There's a comforting familiarity when you return regularly. A little corner shop gem.

One Stop Store is a really convenient place for quick shopping trips. They have a good range of groceries, snacks, drinks, and household items, so I can usually find what I need without going to a big supermarket.
The staff are polite and helpful, and the store is kept clean and well-organised. It?s perfect for those last-minute purchases or when I just need a few bits during the week.
Overall, it?s a dependable local shop that makes life easier, and I?m happy to shop here regularly.

Nothing more no customer service.
Very unpleasant service and the store is for people and not the other way around.
I do not recommend.

The staff was very rude to me, I came in the shop just to get some sugar and cleaning products but I just had 20 pounds in cash with and the guy asked with a angry expression if i had any coins but i didn?t and then he gasped, after that I simply asked for a bag and he was like ?are you seriou man? How come they treat customers like this?

Popped into the store for some cold beer on my way home from work picked up a 4 pack from the fridge clearly marked at £6 took them to the checkout & the short fat bald man on the checkout very rudely said they were incorrectly priced this deal ended 2 weeks ago & his colleague should have changed the labels not his business so not his problem

Very rude assistant.Had to wait in q 3x times as he wouldn?t properly assist.Also he was not the only one in store but other employee would not assist at all.

Very rude customer service. I Went there to return a amazon package less and printer less parcel. And staff refused to take the parcel saying they are not accepting the package if its not pack in specific way. I tried to show them instructions from amazon and from parcel company showing clearly package less and printer less return. Staff member just refused to listen to anything and when I tried to explain this to duty manager, but he was absolutely clueless and again refused to take the parcel. This was not the first time i was returning amazon package less parcel (at the same shop) but this time staff started getting rude and didn?t accept the parcel.I?ll definitely raise a complaint with amazon and with the parcel company. I am happy to travel extra mile where I can receive respectful customer service.

Really bad. I have ordered from here a few times and each time they get it wrong/don't even give you what you ordered. Charge you extra but because you have ordered via uber you need to take it up with them.
