I do like Next stuff and shop regularly however the staff at this place are not friendly/helpful at all. Had a lot to return so went to the desk instead of the returns bins. Place was not busy at all. Lady at desk asked if I've tried returning using the bins, I told her that I have a lot to return and had mixed labels which means i will probably have to end up coming to her anyway. She rolled her eyes before serving me! I was very annoyed hence the need to write this review.

terrible experience with the lady in pink at the online collect working at sunday 3/8 afternoon . i respect all employees in all professions. but it is stupid to do nothing about those who are discriminatory, arrogant, disrespectful to customers. the most important thing is to see what you guys realize when you treat customers so badly. let's all understand why this place gets so many negative comments from customer care and remember it's NOT OVER YET !

Awful place. The store manager ( young, chubby white lady ) profiled me and assumed i was a thief. She then proceeded to rummage through my property when i told her it was none of her business what the contents of my property were.
This classifies as unlawful interference with property and harassment.
I am in the process of seeking legal advice, and WILL take this as far as it needs to.

From the management to the staff working here is a rude unprofessional, discriminatory and disrespectful to customers. You are just employees at a clothing store to serve customers, but you think you are at the peak of your career as business owners. An ignorant unprofessional training. Don't let one day your face be shown here when you lower someone's dignity.

The girl working at the collect order is rude and unprofessional. I came to pick up my order since Thursday but received a painful racial discrimination. Some of the staff showed contempt and attitude. There is no professional manager to guide a professional staff. Instead they hire unethical people to do the work. I went to enter the code into the machine to wait to receive the order. The machine said 3 minutes. But I waited for 25 minutes. When I tried to ask her but she was rude and said try your patience. I understand to be patient. But your work attitude shows that you are racist towards Asians. Try to do something to make your life better than being an employee at a clothing store. And if you do something. Do your responsibility. This article is respectfully dedicated to the pink shirt model working at 15:00 on Sunday 3/8. Please don't be arrogant, show humility when you are just an employee at the store. I don't give you your photo so here it is because I want to keep the opportunity for you to do your job well. Pls careful

The member of staff that served me printed out receipt showing I had collected the item instead of showing it as ordered because they didn't have my size. Wasted extra day of mine and made me feel like a crook trying to explain I had not taken the item. Very poor experience considering the price charged

I had an appalling experience at this NEXT store. The store manager is not only unprofessional but also exhibts aggressive, sarcastic behaviour & no sense on how to speak to a customer. I came into the store to collect an order I placed online.
Out of the four items placed, only three were ready to be collected (time was 13:35). I asked if it was possible to collect the 4th item even tho I hadn't received notification (i rang Next online, and they told me it was possible to collect my item, store had received my parcel. But the manager was so hostile and told me to wait till 2pm which was the collection time.
She shouted at me in front of other customers and staff, creating a humiliating/uncomfortable scene. I proceeded to go back into my car and waited till 14:15pm and never received my collection email. Eventually giving up & leaving without my 4th item.
Her attitude was stinky and completely unprofessional.
It?s clear that she lacks any customer service skills and has no respect for customers.
I will not be returning to this store.

After reading through the reviews of the next Slough store I?m actually shocked at how many negative reviews there.
The staff are the most friendliest I have come across, most being there for years! Yes is a smaller store as it?s only temporary so we are lucky to still have a Slough store! What will everyone do when this closes down? Customers are quick to rate negatively but will soon be panicking when the store is no longer there and they can?t collect their parcel!
Unfortunately everywhere nowadays is moving to online, it?s not just next, so of course there will be less stock in the stores. The queues for parcels are only ever an issue when there has been a sale from what I have experienced and the volumes of parcels that come into the store are high! Next do offer home delivery so if you don?t want to wait for a parcel then pay the £20 a year for home delivery!? Just remember the staff have feelings. They are paid minimum wage and are just trying to do the best they can. Need to be more considerate.

One of the worst Next store I have to deal with. The queue is appalling. Orders could never be found. I was asked to come back and collect half of the order the next day!!! How pathetic!

Some proper rude people work here. Got a new pair of smart leather work shoes that ended up with creases just after a few hours of wearing them. I had the same design of shoes that I bought from Riverisland that lasted 3 years before looking like what these shoes looked like just after a fee hours of wearing. The lady (I don?t know the name) and Michael were proper rude. Michael was also having a go at his other colleagues in front of other customers. Usually, it?s considered bullying and harassment in other workplaces. Not sure if these people are even trained at all.
Anyway back to my shoes, they said we can?t return them and rudely and abruptly started doing something else. When asked if we could speak to the manager, they said the manager doesn?t come out of her room. That?s £50 down the drain for me as the shoes are no good for me. I even asked if i could exchange them and they just rudely said no. There?s better ways to deal with customers. I hope the management looks into this.

Absolutely terrible this shop used to hold all sizes and now you?ve got to order online. What?s the point in this shop being open? This has definitely gone downhill.
