This was my second visit to Natwest Slough and I was warmly greeted by a pleasant lady named SAJIDA. She is extremely helpful, friendly, professional and passionate about her job. Both my visits have been worthwhile and would recommend it to my friends and relatives. Sajida is truly an asset to Natwest. Keep up the great job!!

I recently visited this branch and was seen to buy a member of staff at the very first till point. It's started to get busy and the queue was very close to this area, I felt I should have been given more privacy as it was a long transaction and had to share lots of personal details, everyone in the queue could hear our conversation. In future staff need to move clients to a more private area when dealing with long, high value transactions and personal details!

Why did you close the Langley branch? Slough is the worst branch I've ever visited. Waited 30 mins to take cash out. Only 1 member of staff dealing with customers and 1 at the the front. Absolutely shocking experience! Do better or close this branch!

I waited nearly half hour to get cash out and it was just one girl working which they have 6 to serve . I only can hear people laughing at the back of the desk , seems like a private business

Worst bank, long wait to pay cash or cheque in some one else's account, only two people serving and making all process slow,
they should have machines to pay in some one else account to make process quick
