Extremely disappointed with my experience with Move Estate Agent. Communication was consistently poor, and I often had to chase for updates myself. There was a clear lack of professionalism throughout the process, and at times it felt like no one was truly taking responsibility. I felt more stressed than supported, which is the last thing you need when dealing with property. I wouldn?t recommend them based on my experience ? there are plenty of other agencies out there who are far more reliable and transparent.
