Unfortunately, the employee ?Muahmmed? was not friendly at all. He didn?t smile and he?s not professional. I am wondering why he was not friendly. Is it because he didn?t get his salary!? Or
Is that the policy of Metro Bank!?
That gentleman had put the Pakistan flag above UK flag on his outfit, he has a lack of welcoming expression.
I was thinking to open a current account in that bank. However, I?ve changed my mind.
By the way, unfortunately, his manager has the same merit as his employee.
Be smart, you have better options in other banks
you deserve the best customer service as you are going to deposit your money not theirs.

Avoid at all cost very unprofessional,surprisingly the lady who served me had a very strong accent. Not sure if they hire locals at this point and the manager TJ was extremely condescending I am sure they will be loosing out on business because of this !

He was very friendly and patient in helping me with my issue, making sure my problem is dealt with promptly and efficiently whilst providing me with respect and kindness. His assistance allowed me to feel very satisfied with my visit. Thank you for this service.

There is no queue system, you?ve to sit and wait, most of the time customers who arrive late, was lucky enough to seen first. This is so annoying and frustrating. Staffs have no clue at all????????

How this bank tried to secure business by publishing 364 days a year 8am to 8pm, once they got enough business, they decided to cut their hours, thats a cheat with their customers, of course customer satisfaction is nowhere on their agenda. I only opened account for the deposit box so that I can go non-working hours. Time to move to somewhere else !!!

I recently visited Metro Bank in Slough, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to assist me, and their customer service truly stood out. Whether it was answering my questions or handling my requests, everything was done with a smile and great efficiency.
I highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team at Metro Bank Slough for making my visit such a pleasant one!

I am not a Metro Bsnk customer but had to visit the Slough branch to be added to a community account. The man receiving us was efficient at understanding what I needed (although I was a bit vague). He sat me down and I was quickly seen by someone despite not having an appointment. Tom was pleasant, efficient and understanding, leaving me feeling informed and confident in what I needed to do. Very impressed.

Used to be great, open later than Hugh Street banks and the drive through was a massive bonus, although they've cut their hours and the drive through hasn't been operational for at least 2 months now. Will be looking at switching banks, as these were the selling points when I've opened my account around 10 years ago
