I recently had the pleasure of meeting Has at the slough showroom. I was blown away by his professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to understand my needs and offered several options that fit within my budget. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. WOW, The team at Slough mercedes were FANTASTIC from purchase to delivery for our bew S580e. Found a lovely used SLC which had all the options on my wish list via the internet for sale from this dealership. I live over 100 miles away so couldn't visit the showroom in person. Must admit I was pretty apprehensive about buying a car without actually seeing it first.Ben Kuffour was great, very informative. He did a personal video for me, helped me through the buying process, did everything he promised and arranged for the car to be delivered to my door at a reasonable cost.Great experience, beautiful car ? We had a great experience with the Slough dealership, Vishal & Eric were brilliant, efficient, polite, friendly & professional. Vishal kept us informed on the progress of the arrival of our car and would even reply out of hours to our email enquiries. Getting the car was the most memorable experience from the dealership, Vishal made sure of all the details from flowers, to unveiling the car, he also put our favourite music on, explained about the features of the car, helped us install mercedes app. We are one happy customer and would like to thanks Vishal & Eric for a beautiful car, we are loving it and most of all for making the whole experience very special one for us whilst providing the excellent customer service. I have been dealing with the sales team at Mercedes Benz of Slough since 2017. My most recent purchase from the dealership is a 2022 G-Class AMG Night Edition Premium Plus.Members of the sales team have always been remarkably consistent at being so supportive, nice, professional and reassuring throughout the whole sales/purchasing process . . . . . from the initial enquiry stage to delivery.My special gratitude goes to the duo of Eric Wang and Tony Oridota. Two nice and warm individuals, who are exceptional good at what they do. Please keep up the good work lads! We've got absolutely no reason to look elsewhere for our next G63!

I bought a car few days ago from Mercedes Slough, I'm extremely happy with the service. I have to say somethings about the sale executive Mr "Vishal Bangar" he got a outstanding personality. He has a excellent customer service skill, very professional and honest about explaining his product, very quick response about any issue. He kept communicate with me from off work and on work. I bought a Mercedes C220 from Mercedes Benz of Slough and dealt with Joshua Stewart who was amazing from start to finish. The service was excellent and the car itself was immaculate on the handover day. I recently purchased a car from Mercedes-Benz of Slough. It was a great experience. Not only did I find a great car, but the service I received was top notch. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and any requirements I had were dealt with efficiently and without any issue. In particular, the sales executive who helped me, Kulvinder Singh, really made my car-buying experience a stress-free one, and I was so thrilled to return home with exactly the car I had in mind.
