Server had clearly been met by a deatheater prior to his shift having all life, personality and professionalism sucked out of him. He wasn't even in uniform (maybe a random person just decided to start working in the window). Hash browns overdone, mcmuffins buns are the size of bellinis and the sausage patties were dripping with a brown liquid. Not entirely sure what their recent refurb was for.

Smooth ordering in the drive thru but the food left a lot to be desired. Fab milkshake but meal and McFlurry were poor. Hardly any fries, dried up chicken select and where was the caramel on or in the festive caramel McFlurry? It was barely noticeable in complete contrast to the advertised item.

Chips are sitting on the side for hours instead of having them fresh. Burgers are dry and instead of pickles they put jalapenos in it!

Visited during a busy lunchtime, and the seating seemed insufficient for the volume of customers. None of the self-service kiosks were working properly, so I had to stand at the counter. Ended up waiting awkwardly for five minutes while staff appeared to ignore me?just for a latte!

Went Farnham road mcd to get hot chocolate but was told there?s non left in dissatisfaction I went to bath road as it isn?t to far. Ordered 2 large hot chocolates and 1 medium upon getting home me and family members had noticed drinks are half full. This is ridiculous I?m paying for large but being giving a small same with medium was half full. It is late and I don?t have the energy to go back. Sort it out mcds you owe me 3 hot chocolates as this is ridiculous I bought large for a reason
