My 5-year-old daughter was desperate for a wee whilst we were shopping in the Slough Matalan store, we requested the staff if you don't have toilets for the public could someone please go with my daughter and me so my 5-year-old daughter could use the toilets. They were so rude said no point blank. She had to wee outside in the car park, we have never meet somebody rude staff, they don't have Common sense at all. Would never go there again

Good place for small shoppings. Sometimes you may not find anyone in the billing counter, you need to do self checkouts .

I visited this store and was amazed at how organised and clean this store was compared to other Matalan stores!
The staff in this store, are so friendly and helpful and sure provide a 5* customer service. The ladies department and home department has a lot of choice and the store overall is spacious.
