I have had bad experiences with estate agents in the past who only want your money and look at you as just another number. However Martin and co changed my perception of estate agents and I have felt my property has been looked after for me whilst being abroad. I would reccomend them highly to others.

Ahoud had a job offer in Slough which meant we had to look for a place urgently. We work with Harpreet and from the off he was very accommodating. Once we agreed on an apartment it was a smooth process from the off. The only thing we required was a car park key which yet again once reported to Harpreet he made sure we got it asap.Really recommend this agency and especially Harpreet for delivering a first class service.Regards,Michael and Ahoud

As a tenant, I could not be happier with the service I?ve had. Nothing but professionalism from Martin &Co in Slough. Callum in particular has been so kind and helpful with my flat search.I didn?t experience any chaotic block viewings or exhausting bidding wars with these guys, unlike many agents that will put you through that with the current market. Very respecting agents, and I was shown multiple properties, couldn?t rate them highly enough!

They tried to Claim over £700 off our deposit. They hired an "independent" Biased Checkout Clerk to look for silly faults that are really just wear and tear. (Anybody you are paying to do a job is biased and there is nothing independent about them) They calculated a bunch of numbers for compensating wear and tear. This agency clearly tried to stroke the Landlords ego by making him think he could get e.g £200 Compensation for things like painting after almost 5years of tenancy. e.g silly Marks on Laminate flooring , are we supposed to walk in the air? If you do Simple research Painting should be changed anyways between Tenants , especially long term tenancies. When we had an Inspection in January , the employee from Martin n Co said our house was one of the nicest houses he has ever been to and was surprised that we had been there for that long and the Landlord was there agreeing. Not sure how it went from being the nicest house to £700 compensation LOL .To Cut the Story Short we disputed this with the DPS and they were Awarded £15 .

Martin and co slough have been really helpful in my property search, they have kept me in the loop about new properties coming on to the market and we have now secured a new home. Callum was very professional and understanding our needs. Sav has also bee great during our referencing which has made it a smooth move in for us. I would use them again in the future for sure.

The team at Martin co have been great, it?s been a smooth process having a property managed and looked after in my absence. After having bad experiences with other local agents in Slough, I am now comfortable with Martin and co and would suggest using them.
