Very bad customer service. Staff doesn?t know how to talk with customer specially in meat and chicken department this is my 3rd time I got very bad service from them and I felt so embarrassed infront of other customers. Please my request is please train staff how to Talk with customer and train them to help customers. Thank you

Staff friendly and always helping..
Great value for money. I'm not sure why other people complain about staff.. Been shopping for past 3 years .. Not at all issue.

Previously I used to come frequently, but Sorry to say, lady Cashier is not speaking quietly, don?t have calm, very rashly and loudly speaking , this is 3rd time happening me ,and also there is no queue behind me , why have to say loudly and rashly ,so very upset about this for me , my suggestion please calm with customer

The staff are racist and cold with you if you are white, no smiles no nothing. Queuing I noticed the woman on the till was very smiley and happy with the other people she had to interact with, they were not white people they were of her own origin/asian. When it got to me she was cold, no smiles, no hello, no thank you etc. Shame really, not surprised though, being in Slough.

a store where you can find everything you need... with a well-trained and respectful staff. today I was walking among the shelves and I couldn't find what I needed.. I am usually always satisfied with chalvey supermarket. Have been dealing with good people.
But a worker call romani lady Gina was soo rude to me. I am so shocked. She need training to deal with customer.
