Had to visit two times just to hand over the docs for getting a business credit card, but they didn't scanned and uploaded to my application, I tried to call multiple times and nobody was helping. Lloyds staff on this slough branch is so unproductive and not a good experience really with a bank like this .

Very rude staff. I would never talk to a customer the way they do in there and they are meant to managers. Disgusting, read other reviews they will tell you this place is a joke of a business

Not even deserve a star no Castomer service no experience banking every day the Machine isn?t working and long wait I deposited some money middle of deposit it stops I got my card back but and no sure I got the right amount back or not every time I come nothing is straightforward it?s not how banks works

Customer Service non existant. Not enough staff available. Spent 45 minutes trying to pay a cheque in because it was oversized and wouldn't go in the automatic machines. Management need retraining on how to treat customers. Avoid!
