Mine and my husband's appointment yesterday 5th March 2024 with Miss Rachel Cox Physician Associate at Langley Health Centre was superb. Very prompt on time appointment. Very thorough, knowledgeable and informative. We both benefitted from seeing her and getting full information of my recent diagnosis from a recent telephone conversation only from a hospital consultant who gave me my results. Having first been referred 1 year ago. My husband too has finally been acknowledged that he needs a scan which Rachel immediately arranged.Thank you Rachel Cox you helped us both enormously. We came away feeling very satisfied that we were listened to. THANK YOU

My Nan had an appointment at the Langley health centre last week for a blood test as she?s very nervous when it comes to blood test I told her I?d take her. When we arrived the centre we were seen by Nurse Michelle, I informed her that my nan is very uneasy and nervous when it comes to blood tests, Nurse Michelle took great care of my Nan she made sure she felt very comfortable throughout the process. Nurse Michelle is a very kind and caring lady I would highly recommend the health centre to my family and friends.
