Overall a good experience. A fair amount of work was done but the detail was explained to me well. A good service on reception too. Part of the work was having a tyre replaced and it did seem expensive. Overall very good though.

Excellent service as always. Booking for MOT and full service was very straightforward on the website, received confirmation email and a follow-up regarding covid restrictions. All staff very helpful and efficient on the day, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Many thanks.

Had a long wait to change battery as I apparently ordered the wrong size; even though your website indicated it was the correct one for my vehicle. Eventually fitted another battery at an additional cost. Not happy but decided to go ahead as I needed to use the car soon. The price was therefore not competitive.
