I have been going to Slough Krispy Kreme store for the past decade or so...since my children were toddlers. They are now teenagers and we still love grabbing doughnuts from here. The staff have always been great :-) I got an amazing deal today - box of dozen doughnuts for £12!

Ashley was an amazing employee who added a sprinkle of joy to my visit at Krispy Kreme. I was served with a smile followed by some exciting facts about the company. Keep up the good work! Doughnuts as always were delicious.

The food was utterly disgusting and the service is highly inappropriate due to how they treated me like scum. Due to both these factors, it affected the atmosphere of the shop. I am truly disgusted by the employees and I highly recommend to buy donuts from their service spot upstairs in Tesco rather than the Krispy Kreme shop itself.Dietary restrictions: The food was absolutely dry and they were serving hot-cold teaParking: The only good thing about the ahop would probably be the parking and the Tescos situated upstairs from which I could buy food.

I was trying to redeem my rewards for the donuts and the employees were absolutely dismal and disgusting. They told my mother to get out of the shop and they wont allow me to redeem the points due to my younger brother trying to redeem it for snacks. The women had terrible patience and she disturbed my trip to Krispy Kreme and it ruined the atmosphere of the shops. I am terribly disappointed and upset by this visit.

Very bad service from Ashley. Very nice shop. Been there many times however today the staff who was serving us, Ashley was just unacceptably rude and did not give me a pleasant experience there. Not going there again if he?s in that store. Unpleasant experience. Also whenever we were talking to him he kept on sighing and we could see he was not happy about his job. If he doesn?t want to serve customers properly and give them a good experience he should change his job.

I had a bit of an issue with my Krispy Kreme order from Slough because I was late collecting it, but Neelo the manager and Ashley went out of their way to help me even though they had already packed everything up and were done for the day. It was super appreciated and it just made my day to see customer service that went above and beyond.

Excellent service from Nilo! Everytime I visit she goes above and beyond to help?she is very welcoming and helpful! I ordered 80 original glazed from her for a party and she did not disappoint!
