Stay away from this group they broke my mum?s arm , dropped her on the floor , gave her wrong medication every time we called to complain we got hung up on and then told we complain to much called the police after they broke my mum?s arm and they denied it was 2 against 2 yet the other member was not in the same room when it happened also mainly men and makes women feel uncomfortable when having tobe given bed bath, They never k regime to use a hoist and also dropped mum from the hoist ..I?m sure now they have learned to use the medical equipment properly ????All the good reports are only from the staff sure all rest have been deleted as I have met others who also hated there poor service with there family members also.

I would like to say that this company is one of the best i ever seen. The staff is very friendly and comunicative and the people in the office are very helpfull. I am working with them since 2014 and i was very impressed about them services . The clients are very nice and i am working in a clean and tidy environment.I would recommend this company to anyone who likes to work with people and not just for money but for helping the old ones who need our assistance.So if you want to have a good job just apply and you won't regret . please stay away from this company as they will invite you to steal your personal details. I was successful in interview and she told me tat she is sending my references , i rang twice to know up date about my reference , she answer that she did not receive yet , i contacted my previouse employer and came to know that they did not receive any things. As i was register with up date services , she did not bother even to check . Even she realised that it was wrong decision to offer me job and she could get rid of my by saying that they lost the contract so do not have much work but they will save my detail and contact me in future if they needs me . but she was just playing with me .I could not understand why she was doing all this . i am going to contact house of companies to report this incident ,
