Very disappointed at 9:30 pm, they locked the toilet and did not allow customers to use it. Half of the restaurant chains were on the tables, so customers couldn't use them.

Extremely rude staff! Looks like they are forced to work. Every time I visit I encounter rude staff All time. Staff needs to be changed ASAP. You guys better start hiring someone who's willing to give good customers service

The lady couldn't explain anything about their meals completely untrained staff .The food was cold and old untasted spent 36£ and never had that bad experience Half of the food went to bin. It was cold and very greasy. Wast of money ?

Staff are very lacking in keeping the tables and areas clean clear and tidy. The toilets are often nasty and not equipped properly.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is at street level so wheelchairs and pushchairs can access easily.

i can safely say the workers in this particular restaurant are incompetent! they don?t even accept requests to add sauces into your burgers! instead they charge 60p, which is ridiculous considering other kfc branches will do it for you. it?s just very disappointing. i asked for leg piece hotwings and when they gave me the packet back they had purposely given me the scrawniest ones available. i recommend the kfc on farnham road if you want to eat great quality food with any special requests you might have.
