Whats your problem giving not giving my dads medicine 1 week early. You asked me to ask the surgery - and I did. Took me almost a week to get through to someone there because they have to call back, and I think I had to speak with a clinical pharmacists too. Doctor said okay. Speak again with pharmacy - still late delivery. I explained I want it 1 week early, they say okay next time. Next time come (which is 4 weeks later), medicine doesn't come 1 week early. When I explained that the doctor already prescribes it 10 days early on my request, they say oh it doesn't matter if its one month early, we give when we say so. then whats the point me asking doctor in first place (and you asked me to)? Then she says oh I don't want to argue with you and drops the call. What the heck am I supposed to do then? ring surgery again and wait 10 days for them to call me back. Oh and factually that's not the pharmacy's problem that I have to call the surgery, but they giving me the problem now to call them.....again!? Now they want me to ask the doctor to call them(the pharmacy) and tell them....(they already asked me before to ask the surgery, and now they changing their minds/story)!? Been maybe 4 to 6 months trying to sort this out and still at square one. Apparently its a problem me having medicine 1 week early but okay for me to receive 4 weeks of medicine each time I receive the delivery. On top of that no other pharmacy does the dossit boxes so I am stuck with these lot. Next thing I wanna go holiday and I got no medicine cos they cant give it a week early, and I will have to phone surgery which takes hours on end - let alone weeks, and they will give the the same flippin pharmacy. Whats the problem ? you might as-well prescribe some paracetamol for the headache you giving me and have some for yourselves too. Then they getting different people to answer the phone with different answers.Apart from the above, we appreciate the deliveries, and the service you provide. What your problem giving one week early when i have asked the doctor especially for you and gone out my way to organise - i do not understandLets not forget, being a carer is not easy and you are not making it any easier whatsoever - that why you get the 1 star

This Pharmacy are brilliant, they deliver at short notice, set up dosset boxes and even check that you have not forgotten to order your repeat prescription. Miles better than many around.

My wife and I, have used K Pharmacy for years and wouldn't use anywhere else. The owner and staff are very friendly and efficient. We both have our Flu injections there annually. They are all very nice people and are extremely helpful answering all our questions regarding prescriptions and medication, with great thought and knowledge. I fully recommend K Pharmacy for that personal and caring touch.

This morning I went to buy a perfume David Beckham that cost 29sterline but discounted 14sterline, the saleswoman a girl low with dark hair very cunning while we went to the checkout took away the discounted price and charged me full price but I had already Passed the credit card having confidence in the staff. Very disappointed next time I will go in to other pharmacy where I'll definitely be treated honestly.. Poor and rude dishonest staff

Slow service doesn't even listen to the costumer properly what he says. Waiting time for one single medicen was 20 min, and 3 an other customer served before me when i come before them .Slow and bad customer service
