Bad experience asked for a size in trainers was waiting nearly 15 min so asked what?s going on the boy working said he forgot about them. Workers clearly don?t have customers value at interest all seem to be walking around with no care.

I got an email saying that my product had arrived. But when I went to the store and checked, I didn?t get my product. The shop is a few miles away from my home. Not only that, I had to pay cash to park my car and then walk some distance to reach the shop. And after all that, they told me it will take another two to three days. this incident has made me very upset. The product was meant to be a gift for my wife, and that too did not happen. I am also not happy with the behavior of the staffs. They didn?t even apologize. I am very disappointed.

Came to collect a parcel and 3 people behind the till talking to each other and no one bothered serving the queue and the lady on the till was so RUDE - FULL OF HERSELF AS SHE WAS DOING CUSTOMERS A FAVOUR? took them 25 mins to bring the parcel out ? after asking 10 times and they kept passing parcel information from one person to another

Whenever I want to buy something I usually have no problem, except that the fitting room is sometimes locked (but staff usually open it up within a few minutes). Other than that, the staff are really kind, the infrastructures good and the queues are never too long.

Awful customer service. Staff wrre rushing me especially the lady with the headscarf. They put the wrong price on item so couldnt buy. Awful customer service no apology no nothing. JD really need to check this place out.

I went in store to try some of the clothes they're saying they don't wanna open the changing room because they short stuff and they have 6 stuff in Store at the moment disgusting behaviour en route response from the staf. Don't recommend to come slough jd

Had a really frustrating experience today at JD Sports in Slough Observatory. I was told the shoes I wanted were in stock, but apparently they couldn?t find them. I waited around for over 45 minutes with no updates, I was just being passed over while staff walked past me like I wasn?t even there.
Eventually I went to the manager, and she radioed the team. One of the guys replied with a sarcastic, ?Oh, does he want to buy?? ? as if I?d been standing there all that time for no reason. A few seconds later, the exact pair I?d been waiting for magically appeared. It was honestly insulting.
I still bought two pairs, but only because I needed them ? not because the service deserved it. JD, if anyone from head office ever sees this: **your staff need proper customer service training.** Not just how to use a walkie-talkie, but how to respect people who come in to spend money.
Ps: Thanks to the girl on the till who escalated it for me.
Wouldn?t recommend this store to anyone until that?s sorted.

Don't care for the customers. Staff chit chatting among themselves. Ment to have click and collect order, had to wait for 25 mins event hough they took the order details right away.

I bought a Nike tracksuit from JD, and lints started appearing after the first use. Honestly, I could get this kind of quality for a much cheaper price?why spend so much on a Nike tracksuit? Could this be exchangeable, any idea?
