I was walking in slough high st, & the tall skinny guy from Iceland, was driving a delivery van in busy shopping area, using his mobile phone, that?s out off order. Sure Iceland doesn?t care. As staff they probably trained him too use phone in busy shopping area, with families & kids about.

Absolute disgrace! Half of my shopping missing and corporate can?t even get through to the shop. Once we sort this refund hopefully we will be shopping somewhere else!

Website/online says they are open at 7 and they are not . Don?t write you?re open at a certain time if you?re not. Change it .

REVIEW ABOUT THE DELIVERY DRIVERS.
I use herschel road about 3 to 4 times a week, today 1st June, at just after 4pm I had one of the delivery drivers, driving about 2 inches from my back wheel, honking to move faster than the 20mph speed limit.
The guy wanted to speed 100 meters up the road to get to depo, but once there, proceeded to then to chase me down and intimidate me. Common occurrence that the drivers who go to the depo there block the road or make it difficult for people to use, as the delivery drivers think they own all the roads.

ID GIVE 0 IF I COULD do not online order with these. I received just over half my order and now I'm on day 3 of chasing them for a refund, they keep saying they will redeliver the missing things but I am still waiting and I'm down £37 ? and noone wants to answer the phone ever ?

This is one of the worst stores I have ever been to and also placed a home delivery order they expect you to pay over £40 for a delivery which has been done but they dont bring the whole order and expect you to chase them up in regarding it. If you keep calling the store they are that Lazy they dont even answer the call. What is the point of home delivery If i have to go baxk to the store and chase it up. Honestly rubbish service

I DO NOT WANT TO GO SELF CHECK-OUT!
The male staff in this shop seem to have some chip on their shoulders, I find them so unhelpful and rude.
I always avoid this shop, and today I saw a lady on the till when walking past.
Went into the shop to get one item quickly, till closed sign up. ?
I asked the lady at the till, is the till closed, I don't want to go self-checkout?!
I male came up to me and pointed at the till closed sign, and said whatever he said... ?
So I walked out! Whatever mate, your not the only shop!
And this is the very reason why I don't use this shop since it moved outside the Queenmere.

Do not shop here. Problems every month from them. If you have missing items from your delivery the manager just laughs at you and does NOT replace items you payed for. They also do not pack the bags properly. Meat in with my fresh fridge stuff on multiple times. And the store thinks it's OK.

Nice store. Nice staff. Only downside is, that Nigerian guy, don't know his name can be very rude and sarcastic when you approach him for help.
I have never come across anyone so rude. I went back into the store for a exchange. I approached the young staff working on self service who dealt with my query very kindly and efficiently and told me to go and get my exchange and come back to the tills. He was a lovely colleague who was very helpful. When I arrived at the tills the Nigerian colleague was called to assist me. He was very very rude. I remember him from the old store when they had this store in the Queensmere shopping, he was always rude then too whenever I went through his checkout although I tried to avoid going through his checkout but sometimes with one checkout open I did not have a choice. His attitude and behaviour towards the customers is very unacceptable. I was trying to explain to him the reason of the exchange he just looked at me and answered back 'you're just mumbling away!' I was speaking very clearly, he has a problem with me every time he deals with me. A sarcastic member of staff. This colleague needs to be re-trained on good customer service skills. His customer service is appalling. Please give him more training on how to treat every customer with kindness and respect.

I went it to store and placed a home delivery for the next day I only received my fridge items and no frozen items and the driver told me that the store said they misplaced it when I called the store they said this was not the case and they will talk to the driver and get back to me

The worst market around! Don?t go there for bigger shopping take my word! Ice cream or lolly pop is fine ? and don?t tell me why I don?t order delivery I?m living 20 meters from you! Market with only self checkout !!!! What a mistake ???????????????waste of space?
