I was walking in slough high st, & the tall skinny guy from Iceland, was driving a delivery van in busy shopping area, using his mobile phone, that’s out off order. Sure Iceland doesn’t care. As staff they probably trained him too use phone in busy shopping area, with families & kids about.

Absolute disgrace! Half of my shopping missing and corporate can’t even get through to the shop. Once we sort this refund hopefully we will be shopping somewhere else!

Website/online says they are open at 7 and they are not . Don’t write you’re open at a certain time if you’re not. Change it .
