Slightly aged but still very nice hotel. Service is top notch and the staff were lovely. Breakfast got slightly cold but I think this was just the ambient temperature of the hot plate and plate warmer but this was only a small complaint. Room was clean and in good condition.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Chose it for it's proximity to Heathrow and Legoland. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a surprisingly large variety of very tasty breads, hot food, cereal and fruit. Staff really helpful. Food in the bar very tasty. A small bit noisy at times in the room but not constant. Would definitely recommend, especially for those using as a base for Legoland!

Absolutely pleased with basically everything, amazing price for what we got. A 3 course meal included, for 4 people as well. Got to try calamari for the first time, and everything tasted superb. We also got a free continental breakfast, and was pleased with the quality of both food and drink. The room itself was good as well, clean and tidy as far as I was concerned. Everything worked as expected in the room, including electronics, bathroom things like the shower and taps, and everything else. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but I've slept on way worse in different hotels. The service from the staff was better than I could ever ask for, everyone always had a friendly face, and made the experience that little bit better, one even gave my little sister a coloring set for free while we waited for dinner. Overall, the best experience I've ever had with a hotel, and for the price, will defintley come again if the chance arises.

Ok hotel. Rooms are looking tired and in need of re-decorating.DON'T BOTHER WITH BREAKFAST!Over priced breakfast, cheap ingrediants, poorly cooked and stone cold.I guess they don't know about it in general because nobody working there in the morning seemed interested.Yet another chain hotel that can't get the basics right.Food & drinks: You'd be better of eating the plate rather than whats on it.Terrible and that is being polite

Check in was painfully slow. I had already checked in online so it was supposed to be a quick check in but this was the opposite.Firstly the receptionist couldn?t find my booking then started printing out multiple pieces of paper for me to sign with other guests details on including name, email, telephone number, car registration, what card they paid on etc, none of which were mine so I refused! I find it highly worrying that a hotel can print off all of these details and give it to the wrong guest more than 3 times. I certainly wouldn?t want any other hotel guests being given my details. We were also given room 712 which had a connecting door to the next room which we did not use. Although the door to the next room was closed we could hear absolutely everything from the room next door and kept us awake most of night resulting in me banging on the door at 4:15am asking them to be quiet. Although the behaviour of the guests next door were not the hotels fault I feel it was emphasised due to the connecting door. The staff in the restaurant were nice in particular Mena but doubt I?d stay again

Brilliant stay at the Holiday inn Slough with great rates and hospitality by Magna and team. Lovely touch when my coffee arrived. Would definitely stay here again and take advantage of the mini gym.

Not so pet friendly. I was told that the dogs are allowed in the restaurant of the ground floor but not in the one of the first floor... "because of the allergies to dogs". Then I realised that this is the only place in the world where allergy to dogs is cured by just walking one floor downstairs ;)But how? I don't know. The main memory I kept from the hotel is a lady from the first floor restaurant, possibly the manager, facing me kind of aggressively and telling me in a bad tone that dogs are not allowed, at the first second I entered the restaurant, when she saw me trying to choose my food from the first floor to the ground floor. I mean: pet friendly and breakfast included?? Really? How?How can I choose my food without leaving the dog with my child? I didn't travel there with lots of adults to take care of my dog and child.Food & drinks: The restaurant in the ground floor: great! People are not allergic to dogs there, one the enter into the ground floor restaurant. But the restaurant in the first floor... not so great, apparently this is the one visited by people allergic to dogs.

I like this hotel. The location is great. It?s not far from Windsor Castle and LEGOLAND. It only took 10 mins drive from the hotel to LEGOLAND. And also the room was quite clean.

Quiet location, room clean and tidy heating a bit of an issue, really small heater, really large room. Food served in restaurant/bar not greatest quality, I had pie and veg 1st night, pie had been reheated in microwave as it was sloppy and sat limp on the plate, the veg was not great either, no idea how it had actually been cooked, some was overdone broccoli however required a steak knife to cut was not even partially cooked.Breakfast however was wonderful, every day.

Looks a bit rubbish from outside but was pretty nice inside. We didn't book breakfast but were told it was free when we checked in. Breakfast staff were lovely. Loads of parking and an EV charger (although didn't use it, took the petrol car instead). Rooms were good but the beds in the family rooms (two double beds in one room) were small doubles. Not suitable for two adults.

Stayed over for one night. Overall a good stay.Pros - room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was lovely and breakfast staff were all very helpful and kind, check in and out was an easy process, check out time wasn't until 12 midday so could have a lie in if wanted, short journey to the train station.Cons - was disappointed to find out parking was an additional £7 per car, would not have mind but this was not made clear any where when booking or at all until we were paying at check in at the hotel. The room could have done with some work, bathroom ceiling peeling everywhere, the room was rather small to be considered queen (not convinced the bed was queen size), very dark inside the room as no actual ceiling light only lamps. The windows also do not open at all, I understand this may be for safety reasons but I can imagine it gets very warm in summer!
