I came into the store this morning to have a watch battery replaced and to book my watch in for a service. All the staff were friendly and polite. The person who served me was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient in replacing the battery and completing the service booking process. This sort of customer service is rare to find these days.

I had a very positive and enjoyable experience today staff very helpful and professional. I purchased yet another amazing looking watch to add to my collection. There seemed to be an issue with the card terminal reader causing delay in paying. I just walked ten yards to the nearest cash machine and paid cash while the card reader came back online so no real inconvenience caused. So I was able to leave the store very happy with the watch I desired so once again a very enjoyable and positive experience and thanks to the staff, three ladies for their assistance.

Popped in not knowing what gift to get my partner. I was helped by one of the staff?Imran. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge he had on their products, he was very helpful and took his time to advise and help me make the right choice for my gift.
