Updating my review (30/12/24): review Slough branch, the lady at the counter don't know what she is on about. Was told not in stock yet I went outside ordered what I wanted when it was in stock. Her colleague he needs to learn to smile. He looks at you as if he gonna hang you. Eurocar parts should be ashamed of themselves especially the owners who don't even care about years of crap service. Reviews don't mean anything to them only ?. I'm forced to use this place as my mechanic needs the parts ASAP.
Worst customer service ever. Waited donkey years just to pick up my order which i ordered online. They even have a sign saying online orders to the right, yet noooo you have to wait in a que which is like only two people in front but man the wait was unbelievable. The guy at counter is in his own world and takes ages getting peoples order. Finally my turn comes and bang 40 mins just to return a car bulb and buy the correct one. They made me phone online customer service before they could do anything. Seriously in this day age? Never going back. Will use another local shop.

Good for parts.
Downsides
Queues can be quite long but relatively quick for serving people.
Website says you get a 15%discount but then it only allows it on certain items.

Busy as hell, stuffy as hell, chaotic as hell. Not for me thanks. Walked in, waited an eternity in a hot clammy humid breath filled pit & walked out to save myself.

Really bad service I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen the 2 people at reception could not handle any queries. I had to walk out and return my item via online due to slow service.
