Claire was an absolute delight! 10/10 for customer service! the store didn’t stock Maurice Lacroix watches and Claire got the watch we wanted from head office the next day just in time for my sister in law’s wedding! Not only that she secured us the free Hugo Boss pen gift set for £229!!! Absolute star!
