Very bad experience going to Slough EE STORE.staff are very rude unprofessional.don?t provide you enough information about contract details.better to avoid this branch.even manger is same as other.i call customer service and complain about it and they resolve my issue very quickly.if ee want people to stay with them then they have to hire professional staff.

Extremely helpful staff! I was helped by Muhammad, who went above and beyond to assist me when I needed a temporary internet solution. He helped me set up a hotspot package and clearly explained all the available options so I could make an informed decision. He even stayed past closing time to make sure everything was sorted. I definitely recommend ? 10/10 service!

Really not impressed with the staff in this store. They rely on customer ratings and so far, I?ve given them less than 5 twice.
Was originally given a broadband package offering 50Mb speeds when I was after the 67Mb that I was being emailed by EE on regular basis. Was told that the speeds would be as high as the local lines could cope with (same as the then current I was receiving from another provider). Wasn?t true.
Once the contract had been transferred it became clear I was getting less than the 50Mb promised. Went back to get it altered but all they said they could do was offer me a new contract at the originally requested speed but at a new contract price. I argued that was unacceptable and they offered me compensation. As of today, I am still waiting for that compensation. Have been in several times randomly but the manager is never there. Truly hopeless.

She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From explaining the upgrade options to setting up my new device, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Farhaan helped me out on two occasions. The first time I was told incorrect information from the call center and he took to time to assist even though the shop was busy.
Today Nov 2024 I needed 3 new payg sims for my family from abroad and he also suggested upgrades for my personal contracts.
Some heroes don't wear capes, they wear an EE shirt and are called Farhaan. If you go there speak to him. All the staff there were friendly, kind, patient and willing to go out of their way to help you.
