We ended up in the Slough dreams after visiting the high wycombe branch twice. The experience in Slough was honestly awesome, we purchased a mattress within 15 minutes of being in store, they were super helpful and friendly answering our questions and heard our needs. Carrick and Faizan really deserve a special mention for helping us. I?m very grateful and will recommend to everyone we know!

Daljit was extremely helpful. We were indecisive about what to get, and she recommended we try the sleep machine, which suggested mattresses suited to us. She was patient as we tried different options, and in the end we chose the Therapur mattress. We?ve had it for two weeks now and are very happy with it. The delivery team was also amazing, carrying our mattress up to the 3rd floor. Overall, we?re very pleased with the service

Excellent service by Faizan, everything a really good sales advisor should be, very knowledgeable about the products, very calm and I did not feel pressurised.
I had the bed analysis to ascertain which mattresses were the most suitable and plenty of time to go backwards and forwards testing my choices.
The ordering process was uncomplicated and explained well while I had a nice cup of coffee. I would highly recommend the experience

What really stood out was how he went above and beyond?he took the time to understand my needs, asked thoughtful questions about my sleep preferences, and guided me through all the options without ever being pushy.
Faizan?s product knowledge was impressive, and he explained everything clearly?from mattress types to delivery timelines. He even helped me compare different options based on comfort and budget, and offered helpful tips I wouldn?t have considered otherwise. His patience and care turned what could?ve been a stressful purchase into a smooth and enjoyable experience.
