Once about a year ago, I went into the store to order a pizza but they refused to accept cash from me but they accepted it from the customer behind me. He was white, im not.
My family like pizza so we have been ordering about once a week for a couple of years but last September they really failed us. Now they owe me over £20 for the disgusting food they delivered.
The quality of the food and the service has drastically deteriorated in the last 18 months. Now my family refuse to eat anything from there.
They offered me a store voucher instead of a FULL cash refund then refused to honour it. The staff are rude, aggressive and unprofessional.
I notice from other reviews that they have a habit of promising vouchers then ignoring their unfortunate customers. This is a breach of UK Consumer law.
So now I'm taking them to court. I have already submitted the case to the small claims court.
They refused to respond to all the emails, phone calls and letters we have sent warning them of immediate court action. So we have no other option.
If only they were honest and trustworthy we would all avoid this hassle. Just GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. OTHERWISE WE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS THEFT.

The female staff made me wait for over 15mins, despite my order being ready and was busy chatting on the phone. Didn?t even bother to ask for my order number or anything. An absolute waste of time.

Google says closing time for dominos at 23.45 Tried placing an order at 23.30 and apparently the manager answered.
No wonder the average rating is 3.3 if the manager itself given an example of selfishness and rudeness to the customer. Never ordering again Dominoa disappointed me , been a customer for long time but Slough bath rd Dominos is the worse one such a rude manager.
Extremely disappointed I wish I could give no stars at all.

Staff is very rude. Thry dont know how to behave. They are very racist and judge people from color. Store manager is also like them .

The pizza was amazing, as I always expect from this dominos store.
The server, baljeed was super friendly and helpful with a wonderful smile and lovely presence in the store.
Will 100% return again

Whilst waiting for our pizzas to be made the Manager was hurling abuse at his female staff who were making the pizzas ie using Punjabi swear words and telling them to use less cheese and sauce because of the cost. When I raised the issue directly to him of how he was talking to his staff he asked me to leave. The chap taking orders also initially suggested he could give an NHS discount and then changed his mind saying it?s for online orders only.
Pizzas weren?t great - veggie supreme had nothing supreme about it as hardly any veg!
Overall poor customer service and lack lustre food. Don?t bother.

As with some recent reviews on here it seems likes the Slough branch has gone downhill. Order cheesy garlic bread but when I opened the box it was a pepperoni pizza.
The driver (Zain) was a complete numbty as well, I was on the phone to him for 8 minutes to the point I just had to tell to park up where he was and I just went out to collect it from him as he couldn't find, ive had hundreds of uber eats orders, not to mention dominos themselfs and never had this much of an issue with delivery.
I called up the branch, explained the situation and the guy offered a £10 voucher code, not received anything yet....
I will probably be avoiding the Slough branch for now.

I?ve been a regular customer, ordering online once a week, and generally, the pizza is good. However, I?ve recently experienced repeated mistakes with my side orders. I always order two garlic pizza breads, but for the past three weeks, there have been issues with the sides. Two weeks ago, I received cookies and one garlic pizza bread. Last week, it was dough balls and one pizza bread, and today, I received chips along with the garlic pizza bread.
This is becoming quite frustrating, especially since I?ve now had three consecutive errors. I reached out last time, and while I appreciated the apology and offer of a free item for my next order, I?m starting to feel as though these mistakes are being overlooked. While I understand that mistakes happen, it?s getting to the point where I may consider switching to another pizza place if this continues.
Please ensure the order is checked thoroughly before sending out. I?d really appreciate it if this issue could be addressed moving forward.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza but was instead given something completely different?a plain pizza topped with just cheese and peppers, without even a hint of sauce. It was utterly disappointing.
Although I was promised a £10 credit towards my next order to make up for the mistake, that promise was never fulfilled. A truly frustrating experience that I wouldn?t care to repeat.
