I have personally went to this place and needed to send some urgent documents to Pakistan, they hold my documents and told me after couple of days later that the recipients is blacklist, in fact the recipient is most humble person on the earth, I guess lots of workers are from India and they hold my documents not because the recipient is blacklist but it was their mined and souls blackened, if you are the supervisor or representative of DHL please do something about it and don?t let people like these ruin your business. I was so upset that I spent my time and money for nothing

I received a parcel on in October 23 and I was sent an invoice in December 23 requesting for duty & VAT to be paid. I was not informed prior to the delivery of the duty & VAT. Wilst waiting for a response from the customer service agent I was referred to a debt collection company called Controlaccout. I was requesting on 2 ocation for a response. No customer service or has eny empathy towards customers.

The DHL counter girls are great fun, they know all the rules about customs and always make sure that the items are properly checked then securely packed in DHL boxes. Great service and easy parking in front of the counter.

I am delighted to be sharing my review today for ?James? which I believe is based at the Heathrow depo. My Son has Autism, and is extremely fascinated with all things DHL. My Son approached James early Monday morning while he was delivering to our neighbours to take a look inside the van. My Son and James had a wonderful friendly encounter which led to James returning back on Wednesday morning before the school run to gift my Son, a box full of DHL merchandise. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for your kind gesture. Your thoughtfulness and generosity have touched our hearts, and I am grateful for your kindness. Your gesture has inspired my Son to achieve his dreams by one day becoming a DHL driver or pilot, but it has also reminded me that there are still good people in this world. Thank you very much again to James and his manager!

one of the worst companys that deliver order was given to someone els and driver came back opend the door him self to the property and shouting at women for a package that he gave to someoen that he dont remeber worst customer service onece again he OPEND THE DOOR HIM SELF WITH OUT HOME OWNER OPENING IT DISCRACE AND SHOUTING AT WOMEN FROM THE PROPERT NEVER AGAIN will take this much hire as harraent and entry to property without homeowners opening the door

I was not provided an invoice, a legal duty, then DHL made it extremely hard to get one, not even the supervisor resolved the complaint, she just asked how I was! it went back to the same anti-service person again, again had to complain about the abysmal response. Poor Service. I m writing review on behalf of my sister she given parcel to dhl for delivery and its been month delay we want return now my sister got children's and a baby to look after and she is going through Anxiety but they don't bother to make a return making it complicated. Looking for some professional and a decent person who really can help.

First they sent me to a place miles away which refused to accept my parcel. I find one in town so of it goes. They then tell me they cant find the delivery place (which they have delivered to many times before) and ask me to put them in touch with the people. I do this very promplty but they say I told them to return the parcel to me. I never spoke to them and the emails I sent asked them to deliver. They then charge me £30 to return the parcel to me threatening to destroy it if I dont pay. This is the worst delivery experience of my life. Their claims about good service are a joke.
