Really poor performance received from the store management team. David definitely need to make sure his brain fully engages before voice activates. Whoever has an issue with furniture don't waste your time with customer support or store team. Go trough first stage formal complaint. Always works. Good luck.

We recently purchased a lovely sofa set and footstool and were helped by the lovely Mohamed. He was very knowledgeable on all the sofas that they had on the showroom floor, he was able to guide us to what would be the best suited for us and was able to demonstrate different features of the different sofas. The sale process was wonderful. Quick and easy. He was super friendly, super helpful and was able to arrange express delivery on our sofas. I would definitely recommend anyone going to look for new sofas to go in and see Mohamed. He has great customer service.

After having a not great experience at the High Wycombe branch, I went to Slough. I?m so glad I did! Wayne is the most helpful, friendly man. He did absolutely everything he could for me, I'd recommend this store to anyone and direct them to him! This store has an absolute gem in Wayne!

Such a disappointmentIt took 5 months for the sofa to come after the order.Very poor service and has so many broken parts.We have been to the store and called the customer service several times but no good response after paying for the sofas.Moreover not good quality at all.??

Very Poor ServiceOrder Number: 48Z4H3515Complaint ref: 5007568Very poor. Customer Service. Someone called Crispin C called to discuss about the faulty product we have been delivered with 2nd attempt. I have provided the 3 images of the cracked marble of the dining table. Very slow responses. Emailed on Sunday night. I have bought the sofa and dining table for a new property. They couldn't deliver on time with 1st attempt and I had to cancel the scheduled function at the property. Then they delivered and the marble got a few cracked. Then I tried whole day to contact with no luck. Few emails yesterday, today. No response at all. Called to customer service number, whoever received said if he request something for me it will take minimum 3 days to reach his colleague. So I need to email only. And I kept on emailing with no luck. I don't even know if I will get any response back or it will be sorted until I will take further action against.

Bought a Zinc sofa several weeks ago, the delivery drivers cut the sofa. We called customer services over 10 times, managers refused to call us and contact us about the cut. We wanted a replacement because the Reading DFS advised us that the repairs will not be good (because customers have complained about the fabrics being different) . We finally spoke to the Slough manager who said we have no choice but to go with the repair.If we are unhappy with the repair we can't complain either according to the Slough manager.Complete lack of communication, unable to refund, unable to replace. Took nearly 3 weeks for the Slough manager to call after raising several tickets with customer service and the managers from Reading contracting them!If I could I would give 0 stars. AWFUL service and awfully rude Slough manager.

Non existent customer service, zero support. Avoid !!I have placed an order in store for a 4 seater sofa in February, paid in full and ETA still showing 29th of March. I was patient until 17th of April when I decided to ring customer service to get an update. I have been told they have system issues and sofa will be delivered to distribution center next day - 18th of April. Since then I have rang them about 10 times and all I hear is ?we do not have an ETA, we are waiting for supplier to reply, will ring you back? which they never do.Feeling totally ignored I have asked customer service for the Slough store manager to ring me back, which he did not so I have rang customer service again with the same request as I was ignored again. On 3rd of May I had a phone call from Jamie - Slough store manager who said my sofa has been probably lost ( 4 seater sofa lost ?? ) but he will definitely ring me on Friday 5th of May with either good or bad news. Guess what, no phone call on 5th of May soI have rang customer service today to say I?m still waiting for his call. They have told me they can?t give me an update and he will ring me today which he didn?t.I can?t believe that company like DFS still operate, totally ignoring customers. I advise to do a research before you spend your hard earned money with DFS, as they simply don?t deliver. I feel scammed and robbed. No one in DFS have at least a little will to help me get what I have paid for. How they can advertise sofa waiting time 5 weeks and after 3 months they are not even able to give me any sort of ETA. Absolutely shocking customer service.If you are looking to purchase new furniture spend your money elsewhere.Avoid like the plague!

Omg I really shouldn't review this place. I purchased a sofa in February, for £1200 approximately. I Still haven't received it. They are absolutely diabolical, shockingly bad. Please avoid at all costs.

So where do I start on the 19th December 2022 me and my partner placed an order with DFS Slough staff Wayne for an order worth £3k included 3 seater Libby sofa, 2 seater Libby sofa, Sensuous footstool and dwell 6 seater dining table.In January we received a message from Wincanton for selecting a delivery date for the Dwell table and it was meant to come on the 9th Feb 2023. On the day we had no response from DFS and arrange our work as its a new house and we have not moved in yet. Next we were told that the order was cancelled when we had not. So now not only DFS has taken £999 from us but not delivered the product. So me and my partner went to the store to ask the question this was the last option as before that when we called we were told that they will look into it. In store manager Jamie approaches us and says its the way the systems are set up in DFS and he has no authority over it and also he cannot do anything and now we need to wait for it be delivered in March 2023. He said he can only offer any compensation post the delivery and I must point that Jamie is absolutely rude and is patronising.On the 16th March we received our sofa so the balance is now all paid to DFS here.To our surprise the Libby sofa that we have been delivered has a circular stud across all its legs which are steel and are causing marks on our tiled floors.We were sold the easy gliders at the time of purchase but the fitters also mentioned to us they have no clue as to why this stud is there which is an incorrect fit.This seems to be the studs that came fitted to the leg already and the fitters said you have got the wrong legs and you should have the ones with felt pads. This is because they have never seen this stud before On the 16th of March at around 4.30pm my partner visited your store and spoke with Jamie again and shared my concerns with him. He too confirmed that Libby normally comes with a rubber casing for its legs also he did share that he himself towards the end but initially kept saying its not a problem with sofa you must have caused the marks. Its been over 2 weeks now and no response from DFS we were told the regional manager Issac would get in touch, the Property management team would contact us but nothing all we have had is radio silenceAlso had no response from Ruby, Ella or Wayne fromm the store

Service by staff was really good up to a point. After a little while we agreed to purchase but wanted the night to confirm which colour. Willing to put a deposit down but was advised that the price would be 250 more the following morning and then the pressurised sales tactics came. Really felt disappointed, so left without the a purchase.

So disappointedI ordered a electric recliner near 2000£, wait for nearly 3 month to get delivered. The first time they deliver my sofa, the lift is a little small so the sofa can?t fit that, the two delivery guys refused to move it by the stairs because it?s bad for their health. I totally understand and said I would offer a hand, because I live on only 1st floor and the sofa is not very heavy, my wife could move it on floor by herself, they still refused to do so. Then it?s fine, the manager said the warehouse would remove the arm of the sofa and deliver again. Then I waited for another 2 or 3 weeks to expect the redelivery, then they delivered the parts of my sofa, said they only responsible for the delivery not responsible for the installation. Then I waited another few days, another engineer came my home and finish the installation. I don?t know whether it?s due to the dismantlement, the sofa is very unstable, even my wife move a little I can few her, and the arm is even shakable, very poor delivery service and bad quality, and very bad customer service, I can?t even get connected with them by phone.
