I have been searching for school shoes for my daughter, of course, last size in the kids section. I Dint find anywhere except in DEICHMANN. Wide range of collection and great offers. Trainers and boots are awesome.

Pop into the store at 4:20pm today. Was helped by a attentive staff member by the name 'Hijara' who helped me pick the right shoes and was done in 10 mins. Quick, excellent customer service, 10/10 and would recommend to pop into this store branch.

Staff not well trained and shelves with shoe boxes r in wrong size boxes and some shoes are missing. when you ask them to help they come with excuse that they are with short Staff and its self service (so what customers need to go open evn box n check size)even they made us wait 25mints to find trial socks and thn said they don't even have them too . Even socks they don't have all the sizes .

Good Collection at an Affordable PricesThe store is good but no proper staff to help customers out.I could find only one Employee on the Shop Floor. Very disappointed with very less Staff. Sales Woman Rahila was the only Employee on the Shop floor running everywhere to help Customers out. I would suggest Company Management to increase the Staff on the Shop Floor. I would thank Rahila for her efforts to help us. Thank you Rahila.

Shocking rude attitude from the manageress Anastasia.Went in to the Slough high street branch as a family looking to buy the girls some additional school shoes, ended up selecting a few trainers as an impulse buy and paid around £81 for 3 trainers for the kids.We also were interested in a additional pair of school shoes for our daughter but was told none in stock and only the display pair, one had a clear imperfection/crease, so we asked assistant if a reduction was available and she called manager across.This is where it all went downhill, the lady manager clearly had a poor attitude, could tell from her tone and facial expressions, was extremely hostile and we left with my wife saying to me "how rude was she". Now taking into account I had already spent £81 after leaving I decided 15 mins later to return to get a full refund due to the rude attitude of this manageress, upon entering store asked for the manageress and told her I wanted a full refund due to the way she had spoken to my wife earlier and that is unacceptable!, surprise surprise no apology at all and tried refusing refund, I stood my ground and asked her to follow stores return policy and she stormed off asking an assistant to complete my refund and refused to supply her name or head office number for a complaint.Manageress name is Anastasia, no customer service skills and clearly thinks she can speak to staff any way she wishes to, wont spend my hard earned money to be treated like this instore!.

Decent selection of shoes for office/ leisure wear. Especially liked their service of making your leather shoes waterproof and stain free, which is an add on for £3.49I'm looking forward to testing out this technology on a rainy day (I bought a pair of kitten heeled court shoes)

worst experience I had yesterday because of a member of the staff.A lady treated me and my child very badly that I will never ever go to this store again - it was just before closing time and I was trying to find the right size for my son who tried few different shoes and sizes ..when i found one and went to the till she asked if I did the all the mess - yes we try few different things and finalise what we like - she was so so rude to me ..im a very loyal and regular customer of this store but now I would never want to go and also tell my friends not to visit again.
