Today's customer service was aweful, the two people in the store could not have been more uninterested in helping me. No welcome as you walk in the store and were more interested in there phones under the counter. If any managers are looking at store performance figures then you need to retrain your staff. You have 3 other tile stores around you....if your figures are down then the reason is clear. If I need generic stuff like adhesive, grout etc I'll be going to Topps.

Good range of tiles. Those which I liked (Beige, cream stone effect) were quite expensive (£50+/m2). I did not buy these as I was put off by too much variation in the tiles, and was told it would be even more pronounced in multitude of tiles on the wall or floor. This was not a CTD negative point but a learning experience for me .Store support was good, although on my first visit they were too pre-occupied to help.

Used to be really smooth turnaround when Will was there. Recently, the last 2 orders were badly mishandled causing project delays and unnecessary stress. Need to find more reliable supplier.

Absolutely 1st class service from this shop..staff especially Karl was superb..very knowledgeable about products and extremely professional. I would highly recommend a visit?same product that I was going to buy from Topps tiles considerably less here?if I could give 10 stars I would?

shame our local store closed - but this is a lovely clean, well laid out shop with good choice and nice friendly staff. defo worth a visit if you want a good choice of tiles
