I visited this place with the intention of redeeming two complimentary beverages, which I had rightfully earned through a previous purchase. However, the female staff member exhibited a noticeable displeasure upon my request for the complimentary beverages. Initially, she attempted to provide me with a small-sized beverage despite my explicit request for a medium-sized one. When I politely corrected her, she responded in an agitated manner, stating that the order had already been processed through the cash register. Despite her reluctance, she eventually prepared a medium-sized beverage, but her demeanor remained notably negative throughout the interaction. In contrast, the male staff member demonstrated exemplary professionalism and courtesy. It would be beneficial to have more employees like him.

Generally a nice place to get a coffee. However, the lady standing at the till on this one occasion (4:50pm on 22/01/2024) showed the most disgusted face when I walked in. I was told to wait to order as she sorted the expired foods. And then when i chose my order she acted as if she was doing me a favour by taking my order!I have bought food and coffee here numerous of times and have always received the best service. However, i have been put off by this one staff who was arrogant towards me. I understand that i have walked in just before their closing time. However, not walked in past their closing timeWhat an upsetting experience!
