Lovely staff. I go here every Sunday to meet up with family for a coffee. People are very accommodating, and service is 2nd to none. Highly recommend.

Nice coffee shop, friendly staff & car park near now has parking free for 30 mins so perfect to pick up a coffee to go or quickly drink in . Near busy shops with a couple of (big supermarket)small shops, DIY store & chemist & near Burnham Beeches woodland park & Farnham Park football pitches & American softball courts so very handy location. Also good for families & dog friendly & some outdoor seating.

Quite unpleasant. Asked for a strawberry frappe thing, the nice lady misheard me and gave me blueberry. It tasted nice, but wasn't what I'd asked for. Took it back within 30 seconds and was served by a different lady. I asked her if they had any vacancies and was given a shameless up-and-down scope before being told "Nah".
Was given a replacement "strawberry" frappe which was basically milk, ice and cream with a tiny dash of strawberry syrup. I explained that it wasn't a strawberry milkshake and I didn't want to drink cold milk and cream.
Was not offered any recompense or an apology.
Giving this 2 stars because the 1st lady was nice. 2nd lady was gruff and unpleasant.
