Poor customer service. Poor return or change Policy

Bought one item yesterday and went to change the size today with tag in it. Item was nothing damaged. I just want to change the size. Even she spoke with manager they were not ready to just exchange the item. I am staying in Slough for permanently. Will never shop fromhere.
