Please let people know if the lift isn't working before they travel over an hour to the appointment, my grandmother cannot climb the stairs so we had to rebook the appointment.

It would have been nice to know that the lift was out of order . Wanted me to rebook but living 2.5 hours away made it very difficult to arrange. Dad was in a wheelchair and struggled up the stairs. For a service that must have a lot of elderly patients a ground floor facility would be better.

I have had a very good experience with the clinic. Everyone was polite and helpful, the process was easy and the doctor’s answered all our questions very patiently.
