A huge thank you to Cram for his outstanding customer service! I visited the Slough store last Saturday to find a budget carpet and he was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and friendly. Less than a week later and the carpet has been fitted and is exactly what we needed. Was a pleasure to meet him, he's a terrific ambassador for Carpetright and I was grateful for his help.

Just had my staircase carpet fitted by Surinder Singh and he?s done an absolutely fantastic job. He was extremely friendly, well mannered and accommodating to our feedback. 10/10 would recommend him for fitting services.

Thank you for the amazing service carpet right, we just had our carpets fitted and had a smooth experience from getting our carpets measured by Peter who did such a good job as we hardly have any off cuts. Peter advised the best carpet and recommended an underlay within our budget. We then decided to visit the slough store to place our order the same day. Cram and Hamza helped us to order the carpets. It did take around 5 weeks (estimate time was 2-3 weeks) for our carpet to be delivered to the store so I would recommend planning a month in advance from when you want your carpets fitted by as certain ranges are in demand and can take a while. We were notified by Cram around the 2 week mark that it may take an additional two weeks which was fine as we needed them fitted by early October and thats exactly what we got.The independant fitters (Paul and Brian) both did an amazing job and had a can do attitude, very professional. We paid a small fee for uplift and removal and they removed our carpet so quickly, fitted it in and did an outstanding job, very polite genteman, also kept us informed of any issues we may have later (such as touching up the paint on the skirting, they reinstalled the beading at the bottom of the staircase) and even gave us a spare bag to put our offcuts in which weren't a lot, it's the small details that matter.I would definitely recommend to others. The service has really improved to what it was 20 years ago.Thank you once again, we are so pleased with our new carpets.

Fabulous customer service from Himms. There was a bit of a mix up with our order (our fault!) but Himms helped us sort it out no problem. We will need carpets in a few weeks and will definitely come back here.
