Card factory in general is a great place to pick up good value cards, loads of designs and you can generally always find something to suit. They do birthday balloons too amongst other bits and bobs like candles, children's books and birthday gifts like glasses or christening sets. Fairly good choice of items as low cost.

Poor quality of helium balloons, they are very basic and don't last that long either. My niece was gutted, will use the party shop on farnham road from now on.

Quite a poor selection of balloons and couldn't really help with anything bespoke to suit my needs for our family event. Good for cards I guess but shouldn't call themselves a party shop. There are much better party shops in slough such as the one on Farnham road near LIDL..Complete Party Services? and Ellas in windsor, both are very good specialists.
