Simple message - STAY CLEAR!I would stay away from this agent. They apparently provided a fully managed package to me.- Shabaz is rude and dismissive- They don't do affordability checks on tenants- They don't maintain a record on Gas / Electric / EPC certs- They collect deposits and 'apparently' place it in a DPS scheme but never provide a number- They won't provide genuine invoices on rent / work carried out- They don't pay the landlord even though the tenant has paid? He makes excuses like 'it takes time to clear etc etc- They don't return deposits to tenants - I have had tenants asking for my help to return depositsBasically, I can't understand how someone has the energy to lie so much.The staff don't have a say - they selectively respond to your calls.If you have gone with Buxton Estates, you won't know their true colours until there is an issue.They discourage you to speak to your own tenants.I urge you to stay away.......

I would like to caution others against using their services. The manager of this establishment appears to be a liar and a fraud, which is unacceptable behavior for someone in a leadership position. It is important to hold service providers accountable for their actions, and in this case, it seems like Buxtons estate has fallen short.In my opinion, it is best to look elsewhere for your real estate needs. There are many other reputable companies that can provide quality service and support. It is important to research and choose carefully before committing to any service provider.Overall, I would strongly suggest not using Buxtons estate based on our experience and encourage others to do the same. Their service was awful and the behavior of their manager was unacceptable.

Worst agent. I left the property in Nov 2021 and they still haven?t paid back my deposit amount even after rigorously chasing. On the top they didn?t even shared a reference number of any security deposit scheme. They clearly didn?t secured my deposit money in any scheme and took advantage of me being new to the country then as i wasn?t aware about the laws. The owner too isn?t taking any responsibility. BEWARE OF THEM.

Absolute nightmare - Unable to talk to anyone , never answer calls and reply to emails. Take Tenant rent money into their account and do not pay landlord and they give all sort of excuses and lies. They do not provide management services to tenant and they deduct their fees every month. WORST Agent . Very bad experience and I am taking legal action against them

Shabaz and the team at Buxton Estate Agents are are really good, professional and friendly. Having moved to Slough with my family, they have provided me with exactly what I needed when I really needed it. They were very straightforward and explained everything in detail. So far I have had absolutely no problems which for me is extremely important. Keep up the wonderful work you are doing.

Fraud!!Fraud!!Fraud!! pls don't use them if u love your hard earned money. They don't secure your deposit in any scheme( by laws deposit should be secured in any of 3 govt.schemes) and will write a fraud address and contact number on your agreement. So that you cannot raise dispute anywhere when they don't return your deposit at the end of tenancy. He will never give your deposit on time (in 10 days by laws) and tries all possible ways not to return it. keep lying,lying,lying, never reply your emails,calls regarding deposit. never seen anyone lying like hell.. U might never get your deposit back from them!!! Worst agent and absolutely doing fraud publicly..

False listing. Advertised a property in Chelsea, London on the Sunday. The agent wasn?t open that day so called at 9am on the Monday. At first the guy had no idea what property I was taking about, then suddenly I was told it had been sold. They?d only listed it on the Sunday???? He tried to sell me a property in Slough....not quite the location I was looking for!

I have had Nik deal with my property to sell it in the market he has been very insightful and is extremely knowledgeable. Always has the client as his priority and is very responsive - I would highly recommend you asking for Nik to speak to him when dealing with Buxtons

DO NOT USE THEM.They are fraudsters. They appear to be professional but that's just an external show. They made a complete mess of my last tenancy agreement - deposit not lodged with deposit protection scheme, rent not paid, etc.
