Visited this morning. All non white crew males. Toilets horrible with excrement scattered all over. Was going to buy coffee and something to eat but after going to toilet first I have lost my appetite

Disgusting toilets are sickening, revolting don't think a dog would go and pishhh in there let alone a human. Funny thing is they have 3 or 4 staff working in there but yet no one cleans the toilets.

Went to top my tyres with air about 10 days ago and paid via card at air pump but it wouldn't dispense air. When I went inside to enquire, guy at counter says it doesn't accept cards and I need cash. Wasn't friendly when I asked why a sign wasn't put up saying ONLY Cash for air.

Disgusting. The disabled toilet has had a broken toilet seat for some time now. I am told that it has been reported to BP head office with no resolve. The disabled has got to build up of dust and dirt I don't think it has been cleaned this side of the new year. Staff here really need to be cleaning this toilet and keeping it clean.

Shop in here every morning for coffee around 5 am just recently some of you staff have become rude maybe they just need more training with customer relations the young Romanian girl was very rude and said she wasn't going to serve me again which is fine I will get my coffee elsewhere the old lady seems to take her stress out on everyone who comes into shop because she can not cope with work load..I have a problem when I pass money over into there hand and then when returned while holding my hand out it is put on the counter this is not acceptable...Darren a regular customer....

Nice petrol station. Only bad thing was the leak in the roof above my pump which leaked water on me as I refueled.
