The old man is quite rude, couple days ago around 7 am I?ve stopped by to fill up the tank and I also wanted to buy some food but there was no way to convince the man to open the door, he just refused to open it and it is not the first time he behaves like this. I said to him that I have to buy some food and he said ? I?m not gonna open the door for you ? which I personally think that this behaviour should be not accepted. Shame

Just missed out on being sold a 10 litre ad blue for £29.99 sold down the road for £12.00. Was unmarked and the shop assistant unrepentant about it. I declined to buy as it was unmarked and the barcode also showed £25.99. Still expensive. The assistant stated we haven't updated all the bar codes. And felt I wasn't being misled. Sigh. BP customer service.
