The worst boots i?ve ever visited . My mother had brought nappies and some baby stuff for my child and paid at the boots farmacy counter as the guy who served her there said it?s alright to pay at that counter so she paid took her stuff and walk out of the store with the receipt in her hand , the security guy start chasing us when we tried to enter on other shop and saying we haven?t paid and kept asking loudly to show receipt , even though we showed him receipt he kept asking us to go back in the boots store because we can?t pay at the farmacy counter and we should pay at the other counter, he wanted us to pay again for the order, we never felt more embarrassed .Also everyone was looking i?ve felt so embarrassed , and my children felt so scared of the way he approached us ) This security guy was acting like he was the owner , even with the staff over there he was bossy with them . This is completely unacceptable behaviour, . I will never come and shop over there . Absolutely disgusting behaviour .

Long queues . Even if is just 2 or 3 people waiting it's taking 45 min at least to take your medicine . Rude assistants . Last time I was waiting with my son who is disable for 40 min after when.i complained I only hear that I can get my medicine somewhere else if I want. Rude staff . Not recommende

Security guard is ridiculous. He thinks he owns the place . I mean what?s wrong with that person. So today i just walked in with my slippers on and he stopped me for wearing slippers, i means seriously man who is he to tell anybody about what to wear and he started telling me that i should not wear slippers outside but why ? is it banned to wear slippers in boots ? Please have some respect for your customers. This is the worst experience i ever got and it?s not even a reason to stop somebody

I had a fantastic experience at Boots High Street Slough, thanks to Fozia. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions with patience and made the whole experience so easy. What a breath of fresh air! It?s rare to come across such great customer service, and Boots is lucky to have her. So when you waiting to have your medication in the long queue because they have just 2 pharmacist , someone outside giving you a fine because you still waiting.

I visited today at 16:00 and was looking for hair dryer but i couldn't find on rack , i got help from a lady she was really nice calm and patient she looked european with coloured eyes i was about to ask her name for review but she was bzi with other customers , well she went downstairs for that hair dryer and i liked the way she helped me . I'm impressed with her amazing customer service and with me she helped 2 other ppl as well .

Security guard extremely rude .Eyeing me down and following me .once I asked him for help and he rudely said I had to ask someone else .Also a man in a wheelchair ran my feet over when the man started shouting at me for putting my feet in the way the security guard just walked off .Useless ,rude and sketchy

Went to this pharmacy yesterday to grab medicine for my haemorrhoids (very sensitive topic) and the pharmacist and lovely staff made sure to be as discreet as possible when handing over my prescription, super lovely team behind the counter, very responsive and friendly, please give them all a raise! Truly deserved, i'll be returning for sure to give the team a thanks especially since I feel better today.

This one place is open for fun I won?t call it a pharmacy, it should be locked up , This has been few times they make Waite for 30 min far my prescription then they are coming up and saying we don?t have the medicine in stock come back tomorrow afternoon, this is really annoying and unprofessional, Also the staff need to learn how to run a pharmacy, even one star is a lot for them , I got worst experiences I would share later wish had more time to share all my experiences right now .

The worst place by far. Prescription sent to them on Tuesday by Dr by Friday I decided to go as my symptoms were getting worse even though they hadn't messaged me it was ready. Well... very stern reception looked at screen called a colleague started to talk in thrir own language and I get told. Oh yes we can't get 2 of the items anymore you need to go back to your gp to prescribe an alternative which we do have in stock. As for the rest of your prescription it has to be prepared so you'll have to wait 20 min.... which ended up being 30. More talking between them I felt very uncomfortable so I ended raising my voice telling them that's not acceptable. No apologies nothing.. I should have known it would a disaster as they never answered any calls to see if it was ready in the first place. Non of my questions were answered.. just a stern look.
It had been a mission just to get to see my gp and they sat on my prescription for 3 days doing nothing. If they were professional they should have contacted me the next day about my meds I do not want to take but I need to it's not a game as now my symptoms have worsened in the last 3 days! The local pharmacy I used to go to in Eton wick would never have failed like this. I have no clue why my prescriptions are now going to boots but this was the last time. I have put up with waiting for 1 week to get my meds before but never again. Rude, unprofessional and definitely no care at all. They are playing with people's health. I will now no longer be going to the shop to get my toiletries at the same time it's bye bye boots from me! I went to another store to buy several products to try ease up my symptoms since they offered me no help in pharmacy.
To top it all up The sigh I received when I asked whoever handed me my repeat prescription after 30 min waiting to write the fancy meds names they can't get anymore said it all!
I am going back to my efficient local pharmacy even though it's out of my way!
Never again will I be treated this way!

Terrible service given by Boots Pharmacy Slough. 1) They never answer the telephone. 2) When you go to collect your medication they can make you wait up to an hour.
