Today I visited boots store as I walked to the tills I dropped water bottles I was holding in my hands, I felt quite embarrassed, samad helped me out, this made my day, great customer service.

Came to this boots today (Saturday afternoon) and was welcomed by a wonderful bunch of staff members who were all willing to help. Seems like a wonderful and positive working environment. The vibrant and bright young lady who dealt with me was so kind and helpful and managed to answer all the questions and queries i had on the specific skin care product i was looking to purchase. She was very educated and i can see her going far in life. Boots should be proud to have such a wonderful bunch of staff members at this store and I can honestly say i have never experienced such amazing customer service from a retail store ever in my life. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone as they are so helpful and i?m so happy i went in today. The staff members especially the young lady that dealt with me made my day. Thank you boots and i shall be returning again!!

The girl at the till said they needed the ?physical? card when I went to add point from purchase the previous day. All too easy to tune customers away.

Poor selection of make up, all the testers are missing or lip products are all open. Not sanitary at all.
4 female members of staff giggling behind the counter whilst one of them is on facetime talking very loudly to someone. It sounded like a bunch of teenagers stood behind the counter. Very unprofessional, also intimidating to younger girls wanting to buy something.

Went to Boots Pharmacy for some help for my partners medical need. Just wanted to ask a question so stood in front of the Pharmacy. A lady was chatting to her colleague and didn't seem interested in eye contact or any human decency. I went back after looking at the medicine again on the display and still she completely ignored me ! ...really poor customer service. Training need Boots !!!!
I wont bother going there again and will try superdrug or my local Pharmacy. Very disappointed.

Lovely perfumes and makeup. A young lady who stocks the makeup was kind enough to help me choose a shade of primer which suited me. Also they have a lot of bathroom products, baby supplies and tonnes of hair dyes!!
Lastly my father collects his prescriptions here and the staff are kind to him. They call him regularly to see how he is with certain tablets and check on him. I have to say from our experience we've had exceptional customer service. Also, when I was sick and urgently needed eyedrops, they men from the pharmacy were helpful and immediately gave me eyedrops which relieved my eyes and worked!!
Whenever I want to use my points to purchase products I am never judged...they are kind and non judgmental.

Terrible service I see online (boots) they say you can get antibiotics prescribed by the pharmacist I'm in the UK for 2 weeks working I've an infection in my gums and was given 1 weeks supply by my doctor at home so there finished now I called and was told they don't offer that service so they would rather just let someone be in immense pain rather than do the caring thing and assist them.instead they told me to call 111 which is just an NHS helpline and of course you can't get anywhere there without a uk mobile number very disappointed when home I'll be changing my pharmacy if they won't help you when your in need then what is the point.

Decent selection of perfumes, but very poor service. Staff are extremely reluctant to unlock cabinets or let you try anything properly. They spray perfume onto a paper strip and practically wave it in your face, which is unhelpful ? everyone knows perfume reacts differently on skin than on paper. I agree with other reviews: the staff are simply not willing to assist or engage properly

It?s so disappointing as you?d think with the size of the store there would far more variety of products but there isn?t. It?s always a mess, out of stock, most products have been opened and clearly used even if not a tester.
There?s always only one person serving therefore every time I visit always long queues.
Overall just a terrible boots and it?s my local which makes it highly inconvenient when wanting to replenish products I?ve ran out of but never being able to depend on actually getting it from my closest store.

The reason for the 1 star is that it doesn't actually say what time the pharmacy is open... Which is different than the actual opening times! I didn't know that when I went in the store today at 9am (which is when this says it is open) when actually the pharmacy opens at 10am till 2pm... Nowhere here does it say them times... They need to advertise this on the front page!! If you click on the boots website it is there, so why not here?!?

I was today to buy a foundation and I wanted help like I had last time picking my colour but this employe she was so rude with me that I had to pick it alone and I bought a brush too it was in box and when I got home I open it and it was used.I had to go back and change it but this is not the first time it's hapening this I had this with a mascara too before ,they refund it but maybe they put it again on shelf this not SAFE and I will never ask again for their help they are just rude and unskilled
