Excellent service 2nd time using 1 iceland trip and just back from krackow. Service excellent even to the timings of the taxis to and from the airport. Will definitely use again. Planning disney world and Budapest. Excellent communication.

Having not heard of Blue Lotus Vacations UK before I was a little wary. But, all through the booking process at each stage my mind was set at ease and any questions I had my Trip Advisor, Sophie, was more than happy to help with and arranging my holiday. Be clear on what you want and the people here will be able to arrange it for you at an affordable price! Unfortunately there aren't any day pictures, too busy enjoying the trip, haha. Flights, transfers, a tour, hotel, all arranged by this more than helpful team. Thank you Very Much. Krakow is a wonderful city

I highly recommend Blue Lotus Vacations. I?ve booked with them a couple of times and they?ve never failed to impress. Everything was perfect and we loved our trip to disneyland Paris! I enjoyed my few nights stay at the palma Hotel the rooms was spacious and clean the bed was comfortable. The hotel was amazing it was also easy yo get to the airport the staff were friendly the buffet service was fantastic you have variety of options I would this hotel again without hesitation
