Booked a plumber to arrive between 9am-12pm the evening before. Called at 12 to be told the plumber was stuck in traffic and they would get him to call us. Waited 30mins and called again to be told they will call the plumber and get him to call us. Called a 3rd time to be told he would call us back. Called again to be told they had only messaged him and he hadn?t responded so asked for them to call him. In the meantime looked elsewhere and got someone to come within the hour via check a trade. When went to cancel was told again he is on his way and just finishing up on a job but at this stage is was nearly 2pm we had, had to cancel plans and overall was a complete waste of time with shocking service.

We called the night before and were given a call out time between 9am - 12pm. At 12pm we asked for an ETA and were told that the plumber would call us with an update. We heard nothing. Called back again half an hour later and were told the same thing... Still no call from the plumber. After this we were told that they simply hadn't read any of the messages.
As a result, we've now had to cancel our tickets for the natural history museum in London and wasted an entire morning. Wish I went elsewhere.

Everyone I spoke to on the phone to schedule the visit was friendly and professional, and Jose arrived on time, very patiently answered all of the questions I asked, and fixed my drain quickly. Highly recommend!

I called Blue Frog Plumbing, and he arrived on time, only a few minutes later. He was very kind to me and my family and did a fantastic job of fixing our toilet. I will definitely request him for any future plumbing issues that arise.
