Yet again, useless member of staff, telling me I had to have a new pin, would take 7 days. Rung up telephone banking as pin never arrived, pin not new, just the same one. Meanwhile not been able to access anything or use card as not contactless apparently. Rubbish service despite banking for over 20 years here. Easier to... read full comment
