Horrible store, it takes minimum 30 minutes for collection. Super rude staff says it?s normal!!! Ong this store is horrible? I will never ever buy or collect anything from here.

Shopping for school uniform...no organisation or support from staff and clothes placed on hangers with completely different sizes which is frustrating beyond belief, just as you think you've found the size by looking at the hanger it's not completely different. Also prices no cheaper than M&S with superior quality. Self scan machine not working. Rip off offers than on calculation work out more expensive than other supermarkets. Poor quality of food especially bakery items.

Worse customer service, lack of staff &even carrier bags & you Que up for hours to just get a pack of cigarettes. Don?t there particular Friday Saturday & Sunday.

Very good and quick service. Sue got my glasses ready and made sure they fit perfectly fine. Will definitely get my next pair of glasses from Asda optitions again!

Ordered something online and was greeted by the worst customer service ever. Woman said there?s 84 online orders in the back and wouldn?t go in to collect it. Would appreciate someone to reach out regarding a full formal complaint.

Had a disappointing experience at my local Asda today. After my receipt was already checked at self-checkout which was fine, my trolley locked at the exit and I was stopped again. I asked the security why I was being stopped when others weren?t his only response was, ?need to check your receipt.? Meanwhile, other shoppers were walking out without any issue.
I couldn?t ignore the feeling of being unfairly targeted. If this is how Asda treats Black customers, it needs to be addressed. Racial profiling at its finest whether subtle or blatant has no place in a store that serves diverse communities.

I love this store because they are well stocked and the staff are friendly and kind. This includes the pharmacy. Also, the McDonald's is brilliant. Because whenever we're hungry, we can grab a cappuccino on the way out or have breakfast before shopping. The toilets are usually quite clean and I do appreciate certain products here such as the larger, six pint bottle of milk, baby section and cheap art and crafts. The toys are a bargain, clothing is awesome. Overall, you can't go wrong with this asda.

Staff is so rude , don't think about the bakery it's bad, not good quality fruit and vegetables, toilet not clean ,alot items the prices in tills different than the one in the shelves and if u ask the staff they will tell you that item in the wrong place even if the shelves is full of that item

Had a very bad experience today! ASDA you lost a customer! Thanks for the last 2 years i been shopping but today is over! Very bad customer service, ur staff dont have proper training! No consideration! This is the 2nd time i was asked for my ID to confirm my age and the staff not allowing me to buy the drink becoz I dont have Physical Id? Like do i need to bring my passport with me everytime? We are now living in 2025 where most of it is online. Dont you know that to prove immigration status now is also online? There is no physical Id now! ASDA ur racist!!!
