Been trying to get in contact for a few days and they never pick up the phone. Whats the point in having a number on your website surley cant be that busy where you can answer a customer numerous days and times.

Queued for 20 minutes, got to the front, they took my prescription, came back a minute later with "you'll have to come back after 1, the pharmacist needs a break". Been ill for 4 weeks and they didn't give a toss. Absolutely appalling service, should be ashamed.

Staff genuinely friendly and helpful , however you cannot get through by phone .No queuing system and no one answers .

Don?t bother getting your prescriptions from here. They will short change you on your medication. Defo won?t get what you were prescribed. Go to an independent pharmacy that actually care and can read prescriptions. First time using them and they gave me 28 instead of 30 tablets. Absolute rubbish!!! Won?t be using them again.

Useless and don't answer the phone.I don't want another wasted journey only for them to tell me again they don't have any stock.

long waiting times. on the last 3 occasions they didn't have the stock of the medication prescribed. staff are ok usually polite. went yesterday to pick-up prescription, requested Co-codamol OTC(they didn't have it). then requested Movicol(they didn't have it). last week i asked for pressary and guess what, yep, they didn't have it. i had to local to the local independent who provide a far superior service, always have the medications i need and they ask precautionary questions to ensure patient safety. i think i will stick to the independent. B&P pharmacy round the corner is much better. Martins pharmacy in the Baylis area is the best in Slough. for those working from home, you dash in at lunchtime to pick up prescriptions only to find the pharmacy closed at 1215pm!!!.

Left all my medication at home in Cheltenham and asked ASDA Pharmacy for help. Pharmacist could not be more helpful. Went to great trouble to consult NHS and identify medication list and provided 5 days supply - the duration of my visit. I owe the pharmacist a huge debt of gratitude.

Poor customer service today, Mrs attended with her children, the lady was rude.No need to raise your voice, usually is a difference service when I attend to request/collect prescription.Also, once asked to wait 20 minutes, ended up up to an hour.

Very hard to get through to someone on the phone. Called for 15 mins no answer. Reached Asda at 9.43 to be told that they are closed. The website states 10pm. After telling them that it should be 10pm the lady reluctantly calls the Pharmacist to check if the prescription can be done. Pharmacist comes out to say they don't have it. Queried why they didn't pick up to be told that they were busy dealing with customers of which there were none! It was like a ghost town. Clearly both ladies wanted to go home early and ignored phonecalls. Not sure why you became a Pharmacist if you don't want to help people. Useless service! If you want to go home early then put it on the website so you don't waste peoples time and money!
